Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and our Tuam weighbridge facility is open Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm

We will deliver your bins within a maximum of 5-7 business days of receiving your initial payment
If you have bins from another provider you should contact them to have the bins removed
Yes all the bins are weighed. Each truck has a calibrated weighing system that reads a microchip in your bin. You can view all of your lifts and weights online through our customer portal
To ensure your bins are emptied please ensure they are left kerbside for collection before 10pm on the night prior to your scheduled collection day
The vehicles are split body vehicles which contain different compartments for the different waste streams.
We have a variety of different payment options available. We would recommend that you complete our direct debit mandate form and return same to us in order to pay by monthly direct debit. You can also pay with your credit or debit card by logging into our customer portal 24/7 to make payment or you can call us during office hours to pay over the phone. Alternatively you can also use your invoice to pay in the post office, send us in a cheque or postal order or pay by bank transfer. Please ensure that payment is made a minimum of 48 hours before your collection day.
You will find your WERS customer number and PIN at the beginning of all text messages which we send you.
• If you were late topping up your account (less than 48 hours before your collection day) then payment may not have been received by WERS in time for your collection.
• Please ensure that bins are left out the evening before your collection day as if you are leaving your bin out on the morning of your collection you may be too late.
• Was your recycling bin contaminated with non-recyclables or your brown bin contaminated with non-organic waste?
• Was the correct bin presented for collection?
WERS do not provide a locking system for the bins however we have no issue if you wish to put a lock on the bins yourself, just ensure that the bins are left unlocked the evening before your collection day
We would suggest you contact your local litter warden to advise them of the issue in order for them to investigate same. You can also put a lock on your bins if you wish; just ensure that the bins are left unlocked for your collection day.

Contact us on 1890 229 377 (Tuam Office) or 074 9164718 (Donegal Office) and report the damage. We will arrange for a replacement bin to be delivered; please note that a charge will apply for a replacement bin.
We would hate to see you go but should you wish to terminate your service please advise us by email, in writing or by phone and giving a minimum of 10 days’ notice. We will remove our bins by arrangement with you and any balance owing on your account will be refunded to you within 30 days of receipt of termination notice.
